Overdraft Privilege Service

A
convenient overdraft consideration for eligible Legends Bank
personal checking account customers, to assist our customers
in cases when they made an honest mistake in their checkbook,
found themselves "a little short", or had unusual
or unforeseen expenses at just the wrong time. This discretionary
service can help to avoid high charges from merchants for returned
checks, and gives our customers additional flexibility in managing
their funds. |

The
service represents a discretionary courtesy or privilege on
behalf of Legends Bank to pay overdrafts of up to $350
on eligible free checking accounts, and up to $700 on all
other types of eligible accounts (regular checking, NOW accounts
and Budgeteer accounts), rather than automatically returning
unpaid all overdraft items.

Fees
|

Legends Bank will charge its normal fee of
$20 for each overdraft
item that is paid.
